Centaura Description

Centaura is an amazing program that addresses the specific desires of many women.  Over the years, we have seen a drastic increase in the number of women that wanted to really focus on the muscular development of the quads, hamstrings and glutes; without placing that same emphasis on their upper body.  Because of this, we had a growing percentage of our female members doing the leg training from our Xanthus program and the upper-body circuit training from our PHASE3 program.  So making a new program was the next natural step and Centaura was born.  In Centaura, your leg days will focus on pure weight training to really develop overall musculature, symmetry and size.  On the flip side, your upper body days are primarily focuses on circuit training and cardio to help develop a lean, athletic physique without the same emphasis on size we apply to your legs.  Simply put: bigger, more developed legs with a lean and toned upper body.

Workouts

Your leg workouts will look much like the workouts of a fitness model, figure competitor and a little bit of powerlifting.  The primary focus is on increasing strength and hypertrophy to truly maximize the development of the quads, glutes and hamstrings.  Your upper body days will be comprised largely of weight-training circuits to help develop lean muscle while shredding body fat.  Additionally, your upper body days will be finished off with additional cardio, utilizing a variety of tools, such as the prowler, battle ropes, slam balls and sprints.

Nutrition

Your nutrition plan is designed by a registered dietitian to help ensure repair and recovery while decreasing body fat.  Using the appropriate amount of fat, protein, carbohydrates and total calories, your customized nutrition plan will help ensure that your muscles repair, your body recovers and your energy levels are restored before your next training session.  Most training programs fail to provide any kind of nutritional guidance, Centaura provides a customized and detailed plan to help you reach new levels of strength and size!
