One of the biggest problems in the fitness industry is the unfortunate lack of programs for true beginners.  While many beginners or individuals with very limited exercise experience or knowledge could likely begin with an intermediate program, like LEVEL, safety and motivation are both enhanced by starting at the appropriate level of difficulty.  The vast majority of individuals who begin with Square One, only need 1-3 weeks before advancing to LEVEL, but these first few weeks can be incredibly beneficial and aid in ensuring that your new lifestyle change launches properly.


Square One uses fundamental and easy-to-perform movements and exercises that will help your body become safely accustomed to resistance training and increased activity.  If you have ever held back or resisted entering into an exercise program because you weren’t sure if you were ready, Square One is for you! In addition to your training program, you will also be provided a customized nutrition plan that has been developed by a registered dietitian. Your nutrition plan is a well-balanced combination of macro and micro-nutrients and does not incorporate and drastic reductions of fats, carbohydrates or protein.
