How it works.
Let’s get started! Go ahead and register for your free 3-day trial. These three days will get the ball rolling and provide you with an opportunity to see us in action before you sign up.
On day one, we will conduct a very basic fitness evaluation to get a better idea of where you are. This evaluation helps us identify any potential issues that we should address and get a better idea of what program you should begin with.
Based upon the results of your evaluation and your specific fitness goals, we will place you into the program that best serves your current situation. We will make recommendations and suggestions, based upon what we believe is in your best interest. We want to be sure you start off in the proper program and set yourself up for long-term success and health.
NUTRITION & MEASUREMENTS
Once you sign-up, we will take a number of different measurements so we can track and monitor your progress over time. Additionally, we will provide you with a detailed nutrition plan, based upon your measurements and your specific goals. All of this will be accessible via your Steelhouse Fitness App.
TIME TO TRAIN!
-Come in during any of our scheduled hours; no need to make an appointment.
-A coach will work with you every time you attend; showing you what to do, how to do it and answering all of your questions.
